Help with the Demand Pulse application
Demand Pulse captures billable activity from your Microsoft 365 environment and drafts time entries for your review. If something isn't working, or you have a question about how it handles your data, we're glad to help.
Email support@demandpulse.ai. We respond during business hours, Monday through Friday, normally within one business day.
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help:
Please don't send passwords, access tokens, or privileged client material. We never need them, and we'd rather you didn't have to trust an inbox with them.
No. We receive metadata only — that an email was sent, to whom, its subject line, and when. Message bodies and attachments are never requested, received, or stored. The same holds for documents and chat messages: we see that a file was edited and its name, not its contents.
People at your firm, according to the role your administrator assigned. Data is isolated per organization and enforced on every request.
Signing in with Microsoft proves who you are; it doesn't grant product access on its own. Your firm's administrator has to invite you first. If you see a message about a missing invitation, contact your administrator.
Your firm's administrator can disable your access at any time, which stops new activity from being captured. Speak with them, or write to us and we'll help.
Our data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. To report a suspected security issue, email security@demandpulse.ai and we will acknowledge promptly. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before disclosing it publicly.
